Positive: Great location, 3 minutes to Angel Fire ski resort. This unit is located in ground floor, which is awesome, that we don't need to climb up the stairs. Complete amenities: towels, soap, shampoo, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner, everything you need in a house. It's clean and comfortable.
Negative: We had a minor issue with hot water, but after reaching out to the staff, they sent a plumber and the issue was resolved.

Positive: The cleanliness and quiet
Negative: There was only one roll of toilet paper. The bathroom had water damage from the upstairs unit which I would assume was triggering my allergies. The towels smelled of cigarette smoke and mildew. The satellite dish was causing ongoing flickering on the tv so you couldn’t watch the television.

Positive: The location to Angel Fire lift and trails access was great! The condo was cozy and clean. Very close to provisions in town.
Negative: The only complaint I have is the shower in the bathroom. It is definitely not for taller individuals, and I am pretty average height (5'6") and had to squat a bit in the shower for the shower head. Also, the tub did not drain and the tub faucet looked like it was glued on with a hot glue gun and would leak.

Positive: The view of the wetlands habitat was nice. The 1st floor location meant no steps and the grocery store was within walking distance.
Negative: The unit is quite small and the bedroom only has a queen size bed against the wall in one side. The bedroom really doesn’t sleep 2 people comfortably so we used the sleeper sofa which was surprisingly comfortable. The bunk beds in the hall can only fit small children as they seem narrower than twin size.
Summary: A small unit in a good location at a fair price.

Positive: The location was great since we had a rental car. Although there is a free shuttle service that’s great too. The decor was nice and it’s clear they did their best to update an old property. Also liked that the kitchen had all the utensils and equipment one could need.
Negative: All but one of the pots and pans had scratched and chipping Teflon which is super-unhealthy. The toilet paper and bed sheets were super-scratchy and unpleasant. All of the stools and chairs were wobbly and the bathtub really needs to be recoated.
Summary: The condo was a good bargain. But plan to bring your own toilet paper and sheets if you can.
